A
Aaron
I have a user that sends a daily email to a distribution
of users. One user that is a recipient was receiving a
smaller sized email but later started to receive a larger
size email. He receives a 1Mb email while others on the
distribution receives a 120Kb email. In the email there
is the content of the email with an Excel spreadsheet
attached. There is also a background and a company logo
that is part of the email. It is strange this one user
receives a large email while others receive a smaller
size. Does anyone know what is going on?
Is there a setting in Outlook that can be changed to
minimize the size of the email without losing attachments
or contents?
Thank you,
Aaron
