Recipients Cannot Open Attachments

Issue: Various recipients cannot open Word/Excel/pdf files. When I send bcc to myself in hotmail and local server, I can open.

Question: What am I doing wrong

Difficulty: I am a complete novice at this and am probably doing something really stupid

Appeal: Please help. I need all the help that I can get.

I'll say! First of all, post your version of Outlook and are you using
Exchange in the equation?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Only problem that I have now is that I am so computer illiterate that I cannot understand your answer.
