Reciving Appointments from Outlook users

Hi,

I am working mainly in a PC enviroment when my collegues send
appointments I only recive them as a normal text mail. Is there a way
of reciving these appointments so they can be added as events to my
calander like in Outlook as it is very frustrating if you have to manually
create events in your calander
