"Record Macro" button missing in Outlook 2010

I'm starting to use Outlook 2010. I need to record a macro. So, I managed to
enable the DEVELOPER pane. Although MACRO's icon exist, no RECORD MACRO is
visible anywhere. Where can I find/enable this?
