recover address book and mail boxes

A hard drive failure has me searching for where to find the old address
book and mail boxes. I'm able to copy files over from the old, dying drive
to the new one but don't know what I'm looking for here. Hopefully, it's
not too obvious (Doh!).

Look around in <username>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004
Identities (or Office X Identities), where <username> is your user name on
your Mac (e.g., ³Edward Kimball² in my case).
