Recovering Deleted email messages?

Accidentally deleted all the email messages in my 'SENT' folder! Is
there any trick/software to recover any of them? Feel like an idiot!
there were a couple important messages that needed to be saved - HELP!!

Open the Deleted folder and they should still be there unless you
flushed (selected all and deleted) all. If they are still there just
select and drag them back into the Send folder.
