We had an Exchange outage in our company and ever since the restore,
Entourage (2004) has been behaving weird. I now have two "Deleted
Items" and "Sent Items" folder and while I was composing a message, I
suddenly saw that my "Sent Items" folder got emptied. I didn't hit
delete or anything, but it simply disappeared.
I'm guessing this has got something to do with the outage and rather
than attempt to recover, I'd just like Entourage to forget my Exchange
account and recreate a new one.
So, the question is that if I delete the account, will it delete any
emails from my server ? Or will that remain intact ? I'd prefer to
delete the account and then re-create it since there's no way for me to
just "disable" the old account.
Any help would be appreciated.
