recurring contact entries

Hello,
I have a user that has recurring contacts everytime he sends mail.
Regardless of the entries are already in his contact, it appears again
as multiple entries. Any thoughts and help is appreciated.

You might try rewriting your post so that someone else can understand what
you mean. Include things like exact steps used, what happens, Outlook
version, information store, and anything else that comes to mind that might
provide an accurate description.

Thanks for the response. The user has O/L 2k3 and everytime he sends
out mail to an address the sender's name appers in the user's contacts
as an entry without being prompted. Even though the entry is already
in the contact it adds it as a multiple entry. The user has to go in
his contacts and cleanup every other day of unwanted entries. My
Exchange Server is EX2000 hosting from virtual node on a cluster.
I hope this may bring some explanation for you.

Outlook would never do this. Start looking for add-ins or viruses. Also post
in an Exchange group in case there is some issue with your Exchange
configuration.
