Recurring Meetings

When I went into Outlook today to reschedule a meeting,
under the Attendee Availability tab, "Show attendee
availability" is selected. Yet under All Attendees, there
is a black X over the icon of the envelope. I cannot see
who is available. This black X has never been there before
and I cannot seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions?
