Recurring Tasks that create new tasks upon completion

I have created a recurring task that is to generate a new task one
week after completion. When I check the task as completed, it creates
a new task one week from the day the task was due, not the day the
task was completed. Is this a bug, or do I have a parameter set
incorrectly?

It's one of those problems that has no answer - 50% of people want the new
task to start after completion, 50% want it to start from scheduled
completion date and the other 50% keep changing their mind!

You have nothing set wrong. This is the behaviour that was decided upon.

Thanks Barry. Figures I'm in the wrong 50%. Wouldn't this make the
function redundant with scheduling the task every one week? Or is
there a subtle difference I'm missing?
