Red Cross while forwarding email

I had earlier posted a queiry on this news group mentioning that i was not
able to play the flash greetings , for some reason i am now able to see the
flash greeting.
BUT
While forwarding this greeting i get the following error
" word has insufficient memory. you will not be able to undo this action
once it is completed"
If i say YES or NO
In the forwarded message, i get a RED cross in place of the flash greeting.

Any clues on how to overcome this
I am using OUTLOOK2003
