Refence Worksheet Tab Name in Cell

Hello.

I would like to use the worksheet tab name in the heading
of a spreadsheet. For example the tabs is
called "Kitchen." I would like to have a formula in say
cell A1 that says ="Estimated "& *worksheettabname*& "
Loads" (would read Estimated Kitchen Loads). How can I
get excel to reference the text in the tab name?
