Yes you can have a formula read the check box. The check
box must be linked to a cell. In design mode right click
on the check box and select properties. Look for
LinkedCell and enter for example A1. Close the properties
window. Move the check box over A1 to hide the cell. Now
in B1 enter =If(A1=True,1,0).

You can use the check box option in the control toolbox
a value of 1 if the checkbox is checked and a value of 0But is it possible to have formulae read from said checkboxes?
For example, =if(checkbox=checked,1,0) where the cell has
if it is empty.
