Refresh a Subform

I want to refresh a subform. I added the below code. However I get a message
that it can't perform this function.

Forms!frmQuotes.Form!frmQuoteMultiBid.Refresh

Sorry for posting 3x it locked up and I hit post - I had no idea it was going
