Refresh Message List Not Getting All IMAP Messages

I recently upgrade a users Mac from Office X to Office 2004 (installed the
11.1.1 update as well). For the initial setup, I just did an import of the
Office X data. Everything was imported correctly and is working fine.

The problem is with the Sent folder. This user is configured for IMAP. The
Sent folder has about 4000 messages in it. After the upgrade, only about 400
of the latest message headers were showing in Entourage's Sent folder. I
figured I'd just do a Refresh Message List to download the remaining
headers.

While the Refresh Message List *IS* downloading messages, it's only grabbing
10 at a time. The Progress window correctly states that there are around
4000 messages remaining and the progress bar indicates correctly also.
However, after just a few moments, progress stops and I have to issue the
command again. I've also tried cmd+L with the same result.

Any idea why Entourage would only be downloading 10 message headers at a
time in this case?

Try cmd-option-L "Repair Message List". (Also in the contextual menu when
you right-click or control-click on the IMAP folder.)
