Refresh with attachments Outlook 2000

Whenever I single click on an email to view in preview pane with an attachment it takes 2 minutes for it to show up in the bottom half of the screen. This only started a few weeks ago.
We have a network 2000Pro on desktops Small Business Server with Exchange 2000. all other users are OK

Please help its driving me nuts

Steve, I seem to have a similar problem in that it can take up to 30 secs to refresh my preview pane attatchments or not. This also started happening post Jan 04. I run Office 2002 (SP2) on XP.

This is also driving me nuts. Colleagues with similar set ups have no problem.

This seems to be sorted by upgrading to Office XP SP
