Refreshing Group Schedule - Script Available?

Dear Outlook XP / 2002 Users,

Does anyone have a script or trick available to refresh a saved Group
Schedule? These schedules work out great except that when someone
leaves or a new person is hired, they don't automatically get removed
or added to a Group Schedule. Has anyone come up with a
method/macro/tip for automatically doing this? Thanks!
