Registered name change

We are undergoing a company name change, and all the licensing is being
transferred to the new entity. There are however cosmetic changes required
on the workstations. The new management want to see the new
company details on any of the license screens. example: if you go to Help -
About in any Office applications, there is a "this product is licensed to"
field, and it is populated
with the old company name. Is there any way to change this?
