Registering an even handler

Folks,

Here's the excel tasks I face.

First I need to cause an event handler to be register upon the
opening of the Excel application. I know this event will need to be
in the personal.xls in the XLStart directory. For debugging purposes
I've coded my user form, class m0odule and bas module in another
spreadsheet so is there an automated way to move the parts I need for
my spread sheet to the personal.xls?
