Registration Mraks in MS Publisher

Hi All,

On what basis registration marks appears in any publication file. eg
1. Four registration marks appear in case of business cards at middle of edges.
2. Only one registration marks appear in case of banners at middle of left edge.
3. No registration marks appear in case of brochure.

Registration marks only should appear if the page size in Publisher is
smaller than the size set in the printer setup.
