regression analysis in excel 2000

does any1 know how to write a regression analysis in excel 2000? i onl
want part of the answer and would like to be able to change x and
data without having to rerun the regression box. this is easy to do i
Lotus - so i'm guessing there is a way to do it in excel - the constan
and rsquared formulas translate - but the x coefficient and std err d
