We have a Procedure manual broken down by topic. For each topic, there is a list of tasks to be performed weekly, quartely or semi-annually. I would like to have a section simply listing all those tasks, and thier frequency, at one glance, without removing them from the original section and without having to copy them manually. What would be the best way to automatize the process? I though of using table of content feature, based on a specific style. However, there might be an easier/more logical way to proceed - index...?
