Regsvr32 and re-registering of OCX

I sent this message before but I cant find it in the newsgroup. So I am
resending.

I want to remove a newer version of ImgScan.OCX and replace it with the
older version. I Unregistered the newer version with "RegSvr32 /u pathname".
That works fine. I then try to register the older version with "RegSvr32
pathname" and I get the error message " ... The specified module could not be
found." In the new pathname, the OCX is definetely there.

Is there a difference bertween RegSvr32 and RegSvr? Could that be the
problem? Is there something else that I need to do when unregistering?
