Regular experssion at Validation Rule

Hi,

In a perticular field of table, I would like to only accept A-Z or a-z or
0-9 data. Can I use Regular expression at VALIDATION RULE at table field
property? if yes. Kindly, forward me any web site. Or is there any other way
to define such rule at table or field level.
