I've just rebuilt my PC - running XP Pro SP2 - and when I reinstalled Office
2000 Premium it installs fine except I get the error "Unable to access
configuration for Microsoft Personal Web Server." I click OK and it seems to
work fine - the only exception I've noticed so far is in Outlook, where
customising Outlook Today is not possible.
I've tried repairing and reinstalling Office without success.
WHat is the cause of this, and is there a solution?
