Reinstalling Office Prof. Ed 2003

My computer crashed again, and I'm needing to reinstall Office. I use it
frequently in transcription and need it asap. I had to reinstall it once
before- and kept getting an Invalid Product Key message....I can't for the
life of me remember what it was that I did (something was on on the keyboard
that shouldn't have been- thus once I noticed and fixed that it worked)
before it would actually work. I tried for an hour last night to no avail,
and getting the same Invalid Product Key message! I can read....the dang key
is pasted right here on the back of the case for the cd- I know I'm entering
the correct one....as I don't have another set of the program or anything.
Someone on another board said they thought you can only install it twice
before your key is invalid anyway......if this is true I'm going to be so
irritated. That's ridiculous for the price I have to pay in the first place
to obtain such things. Can someone help or direct me someplace I might find
help that isn't going to charge me an arm and a leg to answer a question?
Thank you!!

you can download BeLarc and
it will scour your system for product
keys. If it is the same software
that was previously installed and
activated on that same machine,
the key will show up.

after you make a printout of
the belarc report, i would uninstall
it immediately.

if the key is the same one on
the package then you might
be transposing the digits. For me
0's sometimes look like 6's
