relate outlook contacts (i.e. husband to wife, manager to employe)

I am in the process of switching jobs and in the process have made a real
effort to update my at home e-mailing and contacts for personal stuff. One
thing I noticed was that rather then being able to enter my friends and
family under the same contact i.e. rather then have 2 contacts for a husband
and a wife I would like a way to relate to contacts so that I could set up
one and then add others and indicate what the relationship is...that would
solve a lot of issues using outlook for contact management when it comes to
personal mailing lists (mr. and mrs. XYZ) but there are clearly 2 seperate
people who most likely have 2 seperate e-mails...
