Relating 2 separate texts in word

Hi
Office 365 Word.
Is it possible to have 2 different texts but link them so that if 1 text is deleted it will automatically delete the other separate (but related) text too?
For example, there are 6 separate and different paragraphs. Can I link paragraphs 2 and 5, so that if I delete paragraph 2, paragraph 5 is also automatically deleted? Paragraphs 2 and have 5 contain different text.

The only thing i can think of is to create two text boxes and paste both paragraphs of text into one box and link it to the second so the text flows to the second box... it may take some fiddling around to get the boxes the correct size.

Then I assume if you delete box 1 then the text from the box that flows to the second box will disappear also... but i dont know if this will make the second box go as well though.
