On one of my accounts I get a "relay access denied" error 17099. But then
I send on other account and it goes out ok. Is there anything on my end I
can do for this account? Thanks!

That error is probably coming back from your recipients end - I can't tell
properly because you haven't posted the full error message.

It looks like you're running your own mail server from a domestic ISP with a
dynamically assigned IP address - some mail servers block these addresses as
potential SPAM - AOL is notorious for this.

Thanks Barry:
That is all over my head, but to flesh things out:

The e mails accounts are tied to two websites I have. And the hosters are
handling the e mail

The errors say:

Error
......Relay access denied

Explanation
Main could not be sent.

Also get:

Error
Service unavailable, client host......blocked using dul.dnsl.sorgs.net:
dynamic ip addresses. See, http://www.sorbs.net/look.up. Sh....

Explanation:
Main could not be sent.

Error 17099

I have all thee boxes unchecked in advanced sending mail options.

All of this is Greek to me, don't understand a word. So please try to help
in layman's terms. Thanks!

If one account works and one doesn't, copy the SMTP settings from the one
that works to the one that doesn't.

Your outbound or SMTP server can be different to your inbound, in fact it
quite often is. Same for me. MY email is hosted at a hosting company but my
smtp server is the one provided by my actual connection provider, ie where I
get my ADSL service.

Generally speaking outbound mail on an SMTP server is locked down to only
the network it belongs to, so in other words only people connected to a
single ISP can use its server. If you try and outbound email to a server and
you are not connected to their network you get this error.

Excellent Scott! I think that did it. Only understood the first sentence,
but I think that's it. Keep you posted.
