relaying denied all of a sudden

I have been using Entourage for about a month. Now suddenly when I try
and send a message I get an error saying 5.7.1 Relaying denied with an
error # of 17099. I tried selecting the authentication option but that
does not work at all. The only thing that is different is that I did
try and use my modem a couple of days ago and since then this has
started happening. Any ideas would be appreciated.

This sounds like it might be a problem with your ISP. Can you send mail
with Apple's Mail app? If so, check your settings in Entourage. If not,
talk to your ISP about what your settings should be. m.
