Release lock on PST - Outlook 2003

Does anyone know if the following reg key value works
with Outlook 2003?

Create the following registry key
Outlook XP:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0
\Outlook\PST
Add the following DWORD value:
PSTDisconnectDelay
Set the timeout delay in seconds. For example, setting
PSTDisconnectDelay=120 (decimal) sets the timeout to two
minutes.
Restart Microsoft Outlook.
