How do I get my Entourage calendar to appear in iCal again?

I was consolidating calendars and accidentally deleted the Entourage
calendar from iCal. There is a posting on The Entourage Help Page which
discusses turning off syncing, shutting down entourage and ical, deleting
ical.xxx.plist files from the library and iCal from ApplicationSupport,
restarting everything and resetting sync in entourage. Unfortunately, I've
followed these instructions a couple of times and I can never get an
Entourage calendar added to iCal to begin sync'ing.

Any ideas?

If the steps listed here do not work, then I¹m not sure what to suggest.
