Reloaded OSX - Entourage 2004 - Lost emails

I was having printer issues and the tech at Mac told me I needed to
archive and reload osx. I assummed (carelessly) that my emails were
going to be archived as well. I was able to recover everything but my
emails. Anyone know if they are completely gone????

have you had a reply yet? I have lost all my entourage (Mac OS X) data
just after a restart. The data base cache is empty, unless there is
another one hidden somewhere. I rebuilt (compressed files) the
application this morning. seb

I lost all my emails this morning too.. Have no idea why. Just had it
restarted, and everything seemed well when i swiched it off
yesterday... i have not changed identities, so i know this is not the
problem... HELP!!!!
