Reloading my data after system reinstall

I'm running OS10.4.11 on an Intel Imac. I have Entourage 2004 for Mac
Version 11.3.6. Recently, I had to reinstall my system software. I
picked the option which creates a Previous System folder, which, among
other things, holds my old Microsoft User Data folder, inside of
which are all my emails and email addresses. I reinstalled Office
after the system was up and running. Now I can't import or otherwise
reload all my emails and addresses from the old Entourage. When I go
to the Import function, I navigate to Previous System/Microsoft User
Data/Office 2004 Identities/Main Identity. All the Data files inside
the folder are greyed out and I can't import them. Is there any way to
retrieve my data?

You can't import from the same version. Just drag over your Identity folder
to your new Microsoft User Data folder.

Perhaps David should suggest the ability to import from a database of the
same version using "Send Feedback to Microsoft" from the "Help" menu.

It worked perfectly. Thanks very much.
