Remap Outlook or Pocket Outlook Contact Fields

I would like for the information on the "Other" tab of desktop Outlook 2000
to synchronize with the "Notes" tab in Pocket Outlook. I thought I could
change the name of the tab in one or the other and that would solve the
problem. I can't find a way to rename the tab. Any ideas?
