Reminder not working

I am using windows XP Prof. with Outlook 2000
But reminder popup window not working
Plz. help me.
outlook /clearreminders command not working

This is for reminders in items in your default Inbox, Calendar, Tasks
or Contacts folders? If so try starting Outlook with the /resetfolders
switch. If for other folders then without an addin that extends
reminders to other folders the items with the reminders would only
turn red when the reminders are due.
