Reminders are a Day Off?

Hello,

I am using Office 2008.

I have my default reminder set to appear a day before the event is scheduled.

The reminder pops up the day before, as expected, however it is telling me that the event is due 'today' when it is actually going to happen tomorrow.

Shouldn't it say that the event is due tomorrow? I find this to be very confusing and I am not sure if this is a bug, or maybe I am mis-understanding the logic going on in the background.

When I open the event it is set to the correct day and the time zone is correct for the event.

I never had this problem in Office X or 2004 so am guessing perhaps this is another calendar bug? Is this a known issue?

Thank you

Ernie,
It's April 8 and you've had no replies? I've had the same problem, and it is obviously a leap year issue, so where are the millions of users clamoring to fix this?

I think the format of the mactopia entrouage page, where it only shows the 5 newest questions, makes it harder to get replies to these questions.

I am not 100% sure but I think the problem had to do specifically with all day events and it may have had to do with syncing calendars with iCal as well. I have not seen it in a while but my current Entourage calendar is actually a sync from iCal (long story) and when I did the sync I told it to turn off reminders, so the problem may or may not still be there. I would have go go through my All Day events, like birthdays, and turn the reminders back on to see if the problem still exists after the recent Office Update..
