Anyone knowing if there is a possibility to use reminders
from all folders in Outlook2002/2003, since this option
existed in outlook2000.

Yes, setting reminders accross folders under Outlook Today is possible

According to technet its not possible in outlook 2002,
testet it, i made a folder under inbox, move a mail and
set a reminder, it wont popup. So is there some speciel
things you have to do?

No version of Outlook ever provided reminders out of the box in any
folder other than the default Inbox, Calendar, Tasks or Contacts
folders in your default mail store (where you get your email
delivered). Never. You would have to use a 3rd party addin to provide
reminders in any other folder or in non-default mail stores.

You are correct; sorry. It doesn't work on all folders but it does work for
the Inbox folder.
