Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

How can I access my entourage 2008 from other locations/states? I tried to have this set up through my internet company - when I finally set it up through them, it prevented me from getting my entourage emails - they went to the server, but quit going to entourage. I had that removed, so now I am back to square 1 and need to be able to access entourage without messing up anything else.
Help?

ps I don't have a laptop, I will probably be using a pc if I can't find a mac. Will that make a difference?
