Remote Exchange not receiving entire inbox

I'm using an exchange account with Entourage 2008 to view my work's email at home. Before I would have to check my email through an Office Outlook Web Access 2003 site. After setting up Entourage to view my work's email all existing emails (sent, drafts, deleted) showed up, but none of my emails from my inbox showed up. Only new emails sent to my account would show up in Entourage. Now when I log onto the Outlook on the web the old emails are gone. Just the new emails from when I set up my Entourage email are there (all the sent, deleted, draft emails are still there though). At work, my Outlook 2003 program has all my previous emails. Does anyone know what's going on. How can I get all my previous inbox mail to transfer? Thank you

Entourage will reflect what you see in OWA. Since you don't see your
messages in OWA then it makes sense that Entourage does not see them.

Your Outlook client may be set to work offline and have not synced to
your Exchange Server. If you set it to work online then it may very well
erase your mail there as well.

If that is your case then take precaution and copy your mail messages to
a PST file first. Then set Oulook to work online. If your messages sync
then everything is great. If not, then wait for it to fully sync and
then copy your messages from your PST file back to your Inbox. They will
sync up to the server and back to Entourage.
