Hi Robert,

If it's the Office Speech Recognition feature you can
set it to 'not available' through the Microsoft Office
Choice in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel.

Once speech recognition is installed, how do I uninstall it, please? >>

Dear Bob,

Many thanks for your tip. However...

I have Office Pro 2003 and regret I also have no sign of a "Microsoft Office
Choice" via Add/Remove Programs. MicroSoft Office Pro 2003 does feature in
Add/Remove but having delved into the various menus and submenus on offer
(yet again!) I cannot find one similar to the one that is there on your
system.

Do you have any more thoughts?

Kind regards,

Bob Wilcox.
