Removal of underline within a word document

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel The document contains underline at the top of each page. I wanted to condense my document to three pages. When I did the underline format still appeared.

I need help to remove this formatted line.
