Remove Categories when Forwarding or Replying

Hello,

Is there a way to have Outlook strip all category
information from a message before it is sent (or not
propagate categories to replies and forwarded messages)?

Sure. Put this code in the ThisOutlookSession module in Outlook VBA.

Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)
On Error Resume Next
Item.Categories = ""
End Sub
