Remove Duplicates in Distribution Lists

If I have enter duplicate contacts into a distribution list is there a way
to remove them other than doing it manually?

No. You really shouldn't worry too much about it, though, because
usually only one message gets sent even with duplicate addresses. I
know when I include an address twice only one message gets delivered.
