Remove duplicates of contacts (and emails as well) in Outlook 2002

I have so many email duplicates (not to mention Contacts). Anyone know
an app I can use to make sure my emails (and sub folders of emails) and
contacts have no duplicates?

PS Used the Outlook Duplicates Remover by the Father from Southsea but
it crashes on an XP Pro box and it takes AGES as well! :-( Is there a
freeware add-in?
