Remove Duplicates with a Filter

I am using Outlook 2003.

Without using an De-Dupe add in, is there a way to define a view that will
remove contacts with a duplicate email address??

You could sort by Email addy in the Phone List View and then manually Ctrl
click each dupe and Delete. Use the Field Chooser to add the Email field.
