remove email address from my address book

I have added around 10000 contacts in my adress book over past 5 years. Now
around 900 email ids are no longer valid. I have made a list of email ids in
MS Excel format, which are no longer valid and I want to remove these ids
from my address book. Is there a way that I can remove these email ids from
my address book??
