Remove mail from server

How to deside whether to delete or not the email message from server when
opening the messages?

Hi - can you rephrase your question? I don't understand what you're asking.

We have a small LAN (3 Pcs). I understand that I have a choise , when
opning my mail at the server located at ISP, either to leave it there for
others to read, or when opening, delete mail on server, so that it is not
available to others. I just cannot find the place in Outlook where to set
this option. I hope this makes sense.

OK - it's in your internet mail account properties - you don't mention your
version of outlook, but it's in one of the tabs in there..
