Remove name from Junk

I have filters set up in Outlook to remove Spam e-mails
straight to my deleted folder. Cetain e-mails are being
included that I don't want to be. I've tried adding these
e-mail addresses to the Exceptions list but it doesn't
work. What can I do other than removing the filters and
starting again?

sometimes spam filters are sensitive to mail sent in html;
if the mail arrives in plain text, they get through.
maybe contacting the authors of the mail and asking them
to send only in plain text will solve the problem
