removeing dublication across to sheets

hi all i have two sheets with part no and prices on i need
to be able to cross ref the sheets and remove any rows
that dont have part number the same on both sheets i.e

sheet1
1232 buns
1236 bags
1234 coke

sheet2
1232 buns
12567 footballs
1236 bags
1234 coke
